IVEO developed a tailored solution for one of Svensk Handel's most crucial operational areas: Security. The security app, a cross-platform mobile application developed using the Capacitor by Ionic Framework, is used by retail staff across Sweden to establish safety routines, incident reporting, tips to the Police Authority, and fraud alerts (Warning List). The application also allows stores and shopping centers to join various groups to warn and inform each other about ongoing crises or theft operations in a specific area. Additionally, the project included the development of an administration panel where Svensk Handel can manage all functions of the application.
